SUMMER HOUSING

Meet new friends and make countless and lasting memories in ICSB’s professional and welcoming environment.

Students accepted into the ICSB Summer Intensive programs have the option of chaperoned housing at the Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria, conveniently located approximately 4.5 miles from the studios. Students will be provided with transportation to and from the studios.

Housing will be first come first serve.

Room Information

One Bedroom King Suite

Our 562-sq ft suite gives you plenty of privacy and space including a separate bedroom with one King-Size Hyatt Grand Bed® and one Queen-Size Deluxe Sleeper Sofa, generous bathroom with walk-in shower. This room accommodates two students.

Meal plans are not provided with housing, however complimentary breakfast is provided by the hotel. Chaperones will provide weekly trips to the grocery store and full kitchens are included in each room. These kitchens come equipped with a stove top, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, and bowls.

There are also many restaurants, shops, etc. in the area that Chaperones will plan trips to throughout the duration of the intensive.

Daily housekeeping is included.

Residence Advisors & Housing Supervision

ICSB has a resident staff for all students who participate in summer housing. The residence staff supervises dancers at all times and live in the housing provided. They are in charge of transporting students to and from daily classes as well as scheduled trips to grocery stores and the pharmacy. On the weekends, Resident Advisors will organize special excursions to various attractions in the Atlanta Area. Resident staff members are former students of ICSB and are under constant communication with the ICSB leadership during the course of the summer.

Chaperone fee of $100/week will be required for all Summer Intensive students choosing to participate in provided housing. This fee will cover transportation of students, supervisions of students, etc.

Student Life

Students have the exciting opportunity to experience some of Atlanta’s landmarks as part of the student resident experience at ICSB. Weekends are reserved for rest and some activities. All of Atlanta’s best attractions are just minutes away when you stay at Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria. The High Museum of Art, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium—these are just a few of the places to visit during your stay, and they’re all less than 10 miles from our hotel. Just over 10 miles away, you’ll find the Inside CNN Studio Tour, Piedmont Park, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Atlanta, Six Flags Over Georgia and more.
